Barn Owl: Helping the HomeOwner

Renovation Portfolio

Spacious Suburban Deep Clean and Touch-Ups

Just A Little Love

Our love for helping home owners sell their home quickly, led us to our first client-focused renovation project.  The goal was to sell the house for more, and in less than a week.

The owner was not in a position to pay for updates and was not aware of the potential value of their home.  We presented our plans to update the house showing how much more they could net, and we offered to front the costs of the updates!

Luckily, the house just needed a little love; repairing some walls, a fresh coat of paint, new carpet, and slight modern touches.

Light Cosmetics

Not every renovation has to be major in order to achieve max value for the house. Sometimes just new carpet and fixtures in major areas is the facelift the space needs. For Barn Owl, we replaced all the carpet, added new ceiling fans, and hung framed mirrors to make the space appear bigger.

  • New Carpet
  • New Fixtures/Mirrors

Wear & Tear Fixes

After years of living in a home, walls, baseboards, and doors are subjected to constant wear. We patched small dents/holes in the drywall, replaced doors, and applied a fresh coat of paint so the entire house could look good as new.

The original paint was a darker brown tint.  We used lighter paint to give the illusion of more space, and a crisp new feelings.

  • Fixed Dents/Scuffs
  • Replaced Doors
  • Fresh Paint

Modern Touches

As a compliment to the lighter walls and new carpet, we painted the cabinets white to stay on-trend with current market conditions.

The kitchen is such a large and important space, that a simple change like painting the cabinets a light color, made a huge difference.
