After a couple of years in the flipping business, Kronos is taking the next logical step in its growth and starting to build. This project is being developed as a single family residence, and the garage apartment will make a perfect office, rental or mother-in-law suite.

The current theme is Asian Art Museum. Expect lots of modern, clean lines, with lots of natural materials like stone, wood, metal and glass.

When we’re finished in Late April 2021, this will be a stunning $1.65 million house, and we are so excited to share more with you.

Zen Environment

Inspired by modern Asian ideals and design, we want the house to carry a sense of tranquility throughout. Each room is purposeful and streamlined with natural accents such as exotic wood, bamboo, and stone. A soothing color pallete of green, brown, black, and gray adorn the spaces as water-like details flow in certain areas. To illicit a sense of balance, we mixed opulent tile with rustic woodwork, and elegant textiles with beautifully simple arrangements. Design cues from water, fire, earth, and air harmionously show up in the little details throughout.

The addition of the courtyard further reinforces this idea of harmony. Presenting all of these elements togerher in one singular space.

Indoor/Outdoor living transforms a great house into an incredible house. This project is build around a center courtyard and pool. The space is the main focal point of the home, with all bedrooms, the kitchen and living room looking out to the space. It will be lush with lots of greenery, and a black bottom pool to give the illusion of a Koi Pond.

Running water and natural wood elements on the pool deck with reinforce the theme, and offer peace and serenity to any passerbys.

AirBnB Potential

The purpose and design for this property was for it to be a Short Term Rental. It has beautiful open spaces and 2 Owner’s Suite bedrooms so that renters can have multiple room options. Additionally, there is an additional dwelling unit above the garage for renters who want to be separate from the main house, or have space for extra guests.

Being close to town, able to sleep 12 people, with a nice yard and a pool, this home should rent well.
